Creating a Strong Brand Identity Across Social Media Platforms
To be successful, major organizations must have a strong brand identity and use social media strategically to maintain that identity and foster relationships with its customers. This is especially important when brands have a global presence and a diverse line of products and audiences. One such company is Vans, the American manufacturer of skateboarding shoes and related apparel. Vans has many different niche audiences, from BMX riders to surfers, and they use social media intentionally to connect with those audiences.

In this webinar, Amanda Rae Silverman will discuss how Vans is able to leverage different social media platforms in order to connect with its customers and foster engagement. Whether it is one of the “older” social media platforms like Facebook or something newer, like Tik Tok, Amanda will discuss how Vans is able to both segment its audience while maintaining its overall brand identity, even in an international context.
