When we return back to campus will the University provide us with cleaning supplies? Testing? How about the bathrooms? Are they going to limit to one person using it and how will that be monitored by staff or will Facilities be installing a lock? I am concerned because staff seems to be last in consideration.
For non-exempt. If we return to campus after May 15th because you are the only person to fulfill your duties, but we're still teleworking otherwise, are you entitled to emergency pay?

We need to stay firm on our fight for steps and extensions because staff is vital and the University can't function without us. They cannot just let us go and have outside help come up to speed.

Earlier, the date of June 30 was mentioned. What was that date indicative of?
Is it the union's responsibility make sure that the campus is bringing back all employees safely - getting everyone tested, temperature checks, etc. Are you asking us to do that or are you going to fight for that for each employee?
I know I am a union member because union due is deducted from my paycheck every month. We need to know who are not union members so that we can work to get them to join the union.
So, if the Contract “ends” in June 30, it seems that we would be “at risk” employees. Am I just nervous???
Tessy we must insist a raise with extension. Staff needs to understand we are vital. We are short in staff campus wide. The campus cannot function without us. Do you really think HR can hire asap to get up to speed?
the contract extension would keep you under a contract.
However without a contract, there are still several safeguards. You would not become an "at will" employee.

We have been working from home. Why do we still need to pay parking fee every month?

The Parking website has all that information.
You don’t have to pay for parking. Go to parking services’ website and suspend your deduction. The deadline is the 10th of the month.
It’s really easy and the next day I heard from Parking Services. You need to get it in by the 10th of the month to be effective the next month.
I think Zoom meetings should be scheduled whenever there is a significant update.
