a loved one (71) used to eat better. because she looks great and has not gained weight (appears slim and fit) and her bio stats are excellent, she doesn’t see the need to eat healthier. how might i speak with her about eating fewer frozen foods, processed foods, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink less, eat fewer candies, chocolates and desserts. she used to be more conscientious about eating well. I
yes great question. I went to standing almost all day and then started having foot problems and my doctor said there is such a thing as standing too much. he said the key was to alternate throughout the day.
