Is an i20 issued, necessary for incoming international student for MS in Fall 21 to apply for scholarship?
Xiela (OFAS)
30:58
All international students are eligible for scholarships. You do not need an i20 to apply and receive scholarships.

I understand that students have a higher chance of being considered for more scholarships if they apply early. Do all students who submit prior to the April 15 priority deadline have the same chance (i.e. March 25 vs April 14)?
Xiela (OFAS)
32:40
As long as you apply by April 15, you will be considered for the most amount of scholarships possible. You have the same chance applying in March and April.
